We offer standard shipping to customers in Canada & the United States. At this time, we are unable to accommodate shipping to other countries.

The estimated shipping time, covering border clearance, transit, and final delivery, typically spans from 7 to 14 days from order shipment, applicable to both countries. Please allow 2 to 4 days for order processing and quality check. You can find a more precise estimate based on your shipping address at checkout.

  • Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value to qualify for free standard is calculated before any postage, taxes, or other fees are applied. It is worth noting that utilizing D points or any discount codes may disqualify your free shipping status.
  • Quality Check: To ensure that you receive the correct items in the best condition, our team may open the package briefly for a thorough quality check before repackaging it for order shipment.   • Oversized/Heavy Items: Orders containing oversized or heavy items are not eligible for free shipping. Please note that such products will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
  • Logistical Limitations: Certain regions are currently ineligible for delivery services due to logistical limitations. Excluded are regions with initial US postal codes 006-009, 967-969, and 995-999, encompassing Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska. Orders for APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon warehouse addresses are not accepted. In the event that your shipping address falls under this category, kindly note that a notification will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Our estimated shipping time is calculated from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
